Eugene A. DePasquale became Pennsylvania’s 51st Auditor General on January 15, 2013. Auditor General DePasquale’s work has exposed more than $180 million in wasted or misspent state money, including $86 million in financial irregularities in school districts and $36 million in taxes owed by corporations. His work has uncovered major cracks in systems meant to protect Pennsylvania’s most vulnerable citizens.
